Titans Of Rock 2020 vending application. Vending opportunities are extremely LIMITED so get your application in ASAP. We expect to have all vending space confirmed before December 1, 2019.
Your food vending space includes TWO passes, if you require more they are available at the time you pay your fees. There is a maximum of an additional TWO staff passes.
Your non-food vending space includes ONE pass, if you require more they are available at the time you pay your fees. There is a maximum of an additional TWO staff passes.
ALL VENDORS vendor are allowed to purchase up to TWO additional passes for STAFF ONLY. These are not to be used for friends and family to watch the festival.
Your vending space includes power. Food vendors must upload a picture of their plug with the application. Non-food vendors have access to power for one SMALL fan, light or small cell phone charger.
TITANS OF ROCK VENDING POLICY
Titans Of Rock DOES NOT charge any commission on sales.
Payments for your Titans Of Rock vending fees are payable within 7 days of receiving the official invoice. If payment is not received within 7 days the vending space may be released to another vendor.
All completed applications will be reviewed by Titans Of Rock staff and selections shall be made at our sole discretion. If approved, you will receive placement confirmation by email. A Titans Of Rock exhibitor welcome packet will be send approx. one month before the event. Please read it carefully. Preference will be given to returning vendors from CannaFest 2015-2019.
All vendors are requested to compost and recycle whenever possible.
Vendors will receive exact location assignments on-site and not before. (This may change, you will receive notice if we pre-assign spots)
Vendor sales will be increased if vendors accept cash, credit and debit, there is an ATM on site for customers to get cash from.
Exhibitor agrees to abide by all applicable laws, ordinances and regulations pertaining to health, fire prevention, public safety, business licenses, and sales tax permits.
Exhibitor shall maintain all required health and insurance documents associated with vending in BC. Failure to provide proof of coverage (if requested) shall result in you not being able to operate until all necessary documents are provided.
Exhibitor location must be open and staffed from 3:00 pm till 10:30 pm
All vendors must clean their footprint from trash. This includes the 10 feet directly in front of the food trucks.
Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Titans Of Rock Festival Inc., subsidiaries, partners, sponsors, agents, employees and assigns from any and all claims, causes of action suits, damages, theft, injuries and losses to any person or goods arising out of relating to the Festival. Exhibitor agrees that this release shall be a full and final compromise and release of any claims, demands, actions, and causes of action, known or unknown.
Titans Of Rock Festival Inc, shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from causes beyond Titans Of Rock’s reasonable control, including, without limitation, weather, acts of God, fire, flood, terrorism, strikes, failure of suppliers or subcontractors to substantially meet its performance obligations under this Agreement.
Vendor will be solely responsible for any and all sales, use, or other taxes, fees, permits, and surcharges imposed by any federal, provincial, or municipality in connection with the fulfillment of the Vendor’s obligations under the this Agreement and any other agreements.
Titans Of Rock reserves the right to deny sale of items that have not been listed on the application.
Titans Of Rock Festival will take place rain or shine.
Exhibitor shall permit photographs and video recording of their booths, employees and agents. All photographs and video footage shall be the sole property of Titans Of Rock and may be used by Titans Of Rock in any manner or media without obligation to exhibitor.
Termination. Before the Event, any agreement, including this Agreement, between Titans Of Rock and Vendor will be subject to cancellation by Titans Of Rock with or without cause upon 3 days prior written notice to Vendor at no cost to Titans Of Rock. Titans Of Rock may terminate any agreement, including this Agreement, immediately without notice upon Titans Of Rock reasonable determination of cause. If such termination is made during the Event, the Vendor will immediately leave the grounds of the Event and any dispute regarding the existence or lack of existence of reasonable cause to terminate the agreement will be resolved after the Event.
Vendor will be responsible for any and all damages, injuries, claims, charges and costs, whether tangible or intangible, to persons or property that in any way arise out of or relate to the performance of the Services whether performed by Vendor or any other persons/entities under the Vendor’s control or direction. Titans Of Rock has no liability for damage or theft of Vendor’s materials or equipment except to the extent Titans Of Rock has agreed in writing to assume liability for materials on-site and then only for any damage or theft solely due to the negligence or misconduct of Titans Of Rock Inc.
Vendor agrees to all policies and agreements outlined in the Vendor Contract.
