    • Returns are not accepted, except for items that arrive damaged.
    • If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage to initiate a return process.
  2. Exchanges:

    • Exchanges are available for items that do not fit correctly.
    • Requests for exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
    • Buyers are responsible for shipping the item back to us at their own expense. Once we receive the item in its original, unworn condition, we will process the exchange and ship the new size.
  3. Important Notes:

    • Items must be returned in their original condition, including tags and packaging.
    • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Please use a shipping method with tracking for your protection.
